My Mission
I found my path to health through the ketogenic way of eating. This lifestyle not only helped regain my vitality but also empowered me to take control of my well-being. Embracing this approach has transformed my life, both physically and mentally. I look back and so wish I had known about this way of eating when I was younger. My aim is to pass this knowledge onto others.

My mission is to empower clients to achieve their best health possible using a low carb/ketogenic way of eating.

Through personalised guidance and support, I will help you navigate your way through the misinformation and confusion that is out there about this way of eating.

I will also show you how you can adapt those slimming/cook books to suit low carb eating (No need to throw them in the bin like I did!)

Vision
Part of gaining back health is learning that as humans we have to move and keep our bodies strong. The best way is through strength training. My vision is that when clients realise how successful they can be with this program they will go on to embrace fitness.
I promote strength training through my coaching, and I will cover the benefits of this and why it works so well.
Once people gain strength they can then become more involved with other sports.
